National Star Services is a 40 plus year old multi-faceted service provider with operations throughout the country. Our services are in the logistics. We have an opening for a Lead Supervisor -- Warehouse position in our Round Rock location.

Shift/Hours: Fulltime position available

Exemption: 5 year

Education Requirement: High School Diploma or GED

Age Restriction: Must be at least 18 years old

Job Description:

The Lead Supervisor will be a working lead role with responsibility of supervising our warehouse helper employees making sure they are on time and ready to work every day. Also ensure trucks are loaded correctly. The lead will assist our customer. This position requires employees be dedicated and physically able to handle heavy boxes.

Requirements:

Need to speak Spanish knowledge

Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test

Computer knowledge skills

Provide seven (5) years employment and personal history

Must be able to provide verifiable documentation for the ability to legally work in the USA

Be able to read, comprehend and follow written and verbal instructions

Must be able to communicate well both written and verbally in English

Scan and do paperwork

Be able to report for duty on time

Must be able to physically perform the duties required. These may include: stretching, squatting, bending, and lifting up to 70 lbs.

Have the ability to work with others or alone

Work well under pressure and in a variety of work environments

Be professional and courteous

Have access to and/or own reliable transportation

Must have verifiable supervisory experience of a minimum of 10 employee direct reports
